PTF11A Relay Socket for Industrial Control Relay

Product Overview

① PTF11A is an 11-pin DIN rail relay socket for industrial use, compatible with LY3N-J and JRS-3C high-power relays

② Standard DIN35 snap-on rail mounting design, supports fast plug-and-play for easy relay installation and removal

③ Optimize wiring layout inside control cabinets, save maintenance time, widely used in various industrial low-voltage control circuits

Specs & Key Features

① Rated Load: 10A

② Dielectric Withstand Voltage: 2000V/s

③ Operating Temperature: -35℃ ~ +70℃

④ Terminal Tightening Torque: 0.7Nm for secure and loose-proof wiring

⑤ Flame-retardant insulating housing, stable electrical conductivity, temperature aging resistance and anti-vibration performance

Working Principle

① External control wires connect to socket terminals; internal metal shrapnels closely attach to relay pins to transmit electrical signals

② Control signals are delivered through the socket to the relay coil, realizing switching of high current controlled by low current

③ It only performs circuit transfer without changing the original control logic; relays can be disassembled and replaced freely

Materials & Structure

① Housing: Flame-retardant engineering plastic with excellent insulation and impact resistance

② Conductive shrapnels: High-elastic copper alloy with anti-oxidation electroplating finish

③ Thickened brass terminals with screw locking structure for stable wiring

④ Standard 11-hole layout, snap-on installation compatible with DIN35 standard rail

⑤ Separated internal circuit design effectively prevents inter-pole short circuits

Application Fields

① Industrial automation control cabinets & low-voltage electrical control systems

② Motor start-stop control, power switching modules

③ New energy equipment, building weak current automatic control systems

④ Precision instruments, security industrial control circuits
